I am 27 weeks along today. You can read about what's going on here. My little pregnancy ticker says it's only 91 days until my due date, wow. Time flies when you're having fun, or is that working full time? hehe. I am so lucky that this pregnancy has been drama free and dare I say easy thus far. As long as I keep taking care of myself and melon, I don't forsee that changing. I am starting the hypnobabies home study course with Matt later today. I actually should have started it last week but that's okay.
Big news, we're moving! Here is a link for the place. It has three bedrooms so the melon can have own room, which seemed like a dream just a few short weeks ago. It's in an amazing area. The houses across the street are water front! We have more pictures that Matt took when he went to view the place but I think I'll wait to post more until we move in. I haven't even seen the place yet in person, I can't wait! As for the place we live in now, the landlords friend is coming by on Wednesday to see what, if any, work needs to be done before the new people move in and then our landlord is holding an open house on Saturday from 10-1. He said that when he posted our place on Craigslist, he got 150 emails and had to take it down. He's going to pick 15 of those people to come view it. I'm not sure what we can do with Festivus during that time. Webbie will be going for a haircut during the viewing time. Any ideas or suggestions? It should be noted that she gets scared and pees in the carrier every time we have ever taken her in it. I'm thinking I may just take her to a park for a picnic or something. Maybe bring some fancy feast? lol
My Mom arrives on Thursday and is staying until July 2nd, yay!!! We'll still be in this place but she at least get to see the new place because we're supposed to get the keys July 1st or maybe a few days prior.
We finally registered but I'm not really sure what the point of that is. Family suggested it but I'm not having a shower so not sure how useful that will be. At least it helps us organize our thoughts on what we need, so that's good enough in my books! I am excited to get started on the nursery. We're not going to go all crazy theme-like, not our style but it will be fun to have a home for the melons things, and eventually melon. I am probably going to be obligated to take a picture of a watermelon in a crib, haha. :)
