The calm before the storm?

So I'm not sick yet, still feeling really well for the most part. More tired. Not sleepy but I sort of feel like everything takes a lot more energy. Also, in the past few days I've started to feel a bit off if I wait too long before eating. Not so much nauseous yet but unsettled? I don't have to eat a lot but even a little bit of yogurt or a few crackers help. I'm hoping by continuing to not let my stomach get completely empty, avoiding triggering foods and eating some ginger may help ward off any "morning" sickness for as long as possible. Maybe I'll be one of the lucky ones? :) We've been eating really well too so I'm sure that doesn't hurt. We were watching the Canada guidelines of having half your plate be great, and the other two quarters being protein and complex carbs and we laughed because that's how we've been eating at least 6 days of the week for months now. Go us!

The gym wasn't as hard as it was last time. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and barely broke a sweat. I was low energy on the way but it felt good to work out. We're going tomorrow and Monday as well. I need to go as much as I can. I'll probably go Tuesday too.

I'm six weeks today!  Here you can read about the development and how I "should" be feeling. :) It's very simple and to the point. I'll try to remember to post a link each new week.
